Cancellation Policy

Please note that a minimum of 24-hour notice is required in order to cancel appointments. A cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the therapy session will be charged for any appointment without the required notice.

In case of adverse weather conditions, the clinic will be closed where Typhoon 8 or above is hoisted or the Black rainstorm warning is hoisted before the opening hours. The clinic will reopen within 2 hours once the warning is lowered before 1PM.
